This Privacy Policy describes how Bcreate Systems ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the LeadPsi platform, marketing website at leadpsi.com, and related applications and integrations (collectively, the "Service").

LeadPsi is a customer relationship management (CRM) product operated by Bcreate Systems, a company based in India. By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account data: name, work email, phone number, company name, role, password (hashed).
  • Billing data: billing contact and address, GSTIN (if applicable). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Customer data: contact, lead, company, deal, conversation, task, and campaign data you import into LeadPsi.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send to our support team.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: features used, actions taken, log timestamps, IP address, browser and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: for session management, security, analytics, and remembering preferences.

1.3 Information from integrations

If you connect third-party services (such as Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API, or email providers), we receive data from those services under your direction and the scopes you authorize. For Meta integrations specifically we may receive your page/business identifiers, lead form submissions, and ad metadata.

2. Third-Party Platform Data (Google & Meta)

2.1 Google user data (Google Ads API)

When you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), LeadPsi receives:

  • Campaign and ad-group performance metrics.
  • Lead Form asset submissions (name, email, phone number, and other form answers).
  • Click identifiers (e.g. GCLID).

We use this data only to provide features to the same authorizing advertiser:

  • Show campaign ROI reporting inside LeadPsi.
  • Import Lead Form submissions into your CRM pipeline.
  • Upload offline conversions back to Google (using the GCLID) so your bidding optimizes for quality leads.

Storage & security: All Google user data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive tokens (OAuth refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and scoped to the customer account that authorized the connection.

We do notsell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with the user's explicit consent.

LeadPsi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.2 Meta/Facebook data (Lead Ads)

When you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, LeadPsi receives your Page and Business identifiers, Lead Form (leadgen) submissions, and ad/campaign metadata. We use this data only to import leads and attribute them for the authorizing business.

Our use of Meta platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect the Meta integration at any time from your LeadPsi settings and request deletion of all Meta-sourced data via our Data Deletion page.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Sync leads, campaigns, conversations, and analytics across the integrations you authorize.
  • Respond to support requests and send service-related communications.
  • Improve product features and aggregate, anonymized analytics.
  • Send product and marketing updates (you can opt out at any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate business interests (such as security and product improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below:

  • Service providers: hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, and customer-support vendors that process data on our behalf under written agreements.
  • Integrations you enable:data sent to or received from a third-party service is governed by that service's policies.
  • Legal and safety: when required to comply with law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements. You can request deletion at any time as described in Section 9.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials safe.

8. International Transfers

We operate from India. Where data is transferred across borders we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

9. Your Rights

You can request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data (see Data Deletion).
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

10. Children

LeadPsi is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
